cabins.

Ann Lane - Co-Owner – Elkhorn Inspection Services Inc., COO, and member Park City Board of Realtors.
Ann facilitates all inspection and additional services scheduling, marketing, buyer/seller and Realtor
communications. Ann also conducts Radon testing, Air Mold sampling, and Methamphetamine
sampling services.

Brian and Ann have bought and sold 9 homes, to date, so they understand the stress buyers and sellers
experience during these transactions. They strive for an easy and clear inspection process from the
booking to the inspection findings recap and report. They are known for strong communication skills and
