The 11-month warranty inspection is widely recommended for all new construction home buyers. Most home builders will address issues found in the first 10-11 months of the home being occupied before this offer expires, commonly at the 1-year anniversary of the buyers living in the home.
The 11-month warranty inspection is a full home inspection. Generally, our clients select the Summit Inspection to ensure they have an all-inclusive list of issues to present to the builder for repair, as this is typically the last chance to do so.
