Pre-Drywall Inspection

Catch Potential Issues Before They Are Hidden

"Pre-drywall" refers to a phase during the homebuilding process just after the installation of certain elements — such as the doors, windows, foundation, flooring, wall and roof components, plumbing and electrical rough-in — and right before the drywall is hung.

This in-progress or construction-phase inspection is vital because drywall can obscure many critical aspects of the interior. Identifying or fixing problems at this stage is significantly easier and less expensive than once the new home is fully finished and the walls are closed.

It's the only time you'll truly get to see what's beneath the surface of your new home.
